What PlayRank measures and why.

Marketplace analytics

PlayRank may use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and product usage. Google Analytics can use cookies or similar identifiers depending on your browser, region, and consent settings.

Public activity

Listed app details, rank amounts, ranks, and aggregate outbound click counts are public. PlayRank also keeps an approximate browser-based visitor count using a first-party cookie so one browser is not counted on every page load.

Payments

Checkout is hosted by Dodo Payments. PlayRank receives payment status, the amount, a transaction identifier, and receipt details needed to fulfill a purchase. Card details do not pass through PlayRank.

Your controls

You can use browser privacy controls to restrict cookies and analytics. These controls can make aggregate counts less complete. PlayRank displays only aggregate analytics totals, not individual visitor profiles.
